Just at a guess, this was a permaban? If so, that means you've already had a 2-week suspension. The popup tells you the next punishment is a perma. Which means I doubt you're "only" friendly.

As far as your logs... there is nothing friendly about it. Your first line is telling your support (or maybe the jungler, I don't know) not to "steal" farm and kills. On the fourth line, you insult your teammate and the next line you're already calling for reports. And you don't stop. This is just one long string of insults and harassment.

Sorry, but I don't see anything in this log worth rescinding your punsihment.
