Like KVbqbFsC8e said, swearing isn't against the rules. You can say "damn", "fuck", or "shit" all you want within reason - it's when you start directing swears at other players when it becomes a problem.

The way you write it comes across as disingenuous. And regardless, you still harassed and insulted other players, and no amount of half-hearted "love ya"s would change that.

You're allowed to curse, you just can't really direct anything that can be perceived as negative or harassment towards other players. If you were permabanned for that, then you must have been banned for two weeks recently. At that point any toxicity at all will get you banned.

Even Zero Tolerance phrases won't get you punished if you weren't toxic. I once called Microsoft "r%%%%%ed" for deciding to update right now in the middle of my game. Didn't get a chat restriction because nobody reported me for it.

You may have told him to relax, i didnt see that, but you also said he has no brain and called him a "scumfuck", and called people idiots. Insulting players is obviously against the rules, so yeah, obviously punishable use of chat. Amd btw swearing/cursing itself is not against the rules. It was the insults that got you banned.
