Hi, I just received a perma ban for my first offense. I was saying toxic things in chat and regret what i said. Just wondering why it was a perma right away. I abide by your terms of service, if i cannot get my perma lowered it is okay, i did not follow the rules.
ModPeriscope2 votesThey rarely punish people with a permaban on the first offense. Either you've had prior punishments, or this was done in error and you should write a support ticket.

ModPeriscope1 votesIt looks like you used hate speech. They typically punish you with a 2-week ban for that. They may have also placed a shield ban if this behavior is very far from the norm for you. I'd write a support ticket.

YerroFever1 votesIf you got a reform card with chat logs, you did not get a shield ban. You were banned because you used racial slurs and you were spamming like crazy.
It also sounds like you might have potentially inted... why would you say baron loves you so good?
