Hi, I just received a perma ban for my first offense. I was saying toxic things in chat and regret what i said. Just wondering why it was a perma right away. I abide by your terms of service, if i cannot get my perma lowered it is okay, i did not follow the rules.
They rarely punish people with a permaban on the first offense. Either you've had prior punishments, or this was done in error and you should write a support ticket.
Please post logs. Are you sure you haven't had a 14 day recently?
I have never had a previous offense, First offense perma.
I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that you spam the GG GGG G G G GG GGG GG G G crap every game. if so, deserved and i hope they dont give it back. be a graceful winner.
If you got a reform card with chat logs, you did not get a shield ban. You were banned because you used racial slurs and you were spamming like crazy.
It also sounds like you might have potentially inted... why would you say baron loves you so good?
