On the day of January 26 my account Tichiko was banned for 14 days for underwhelming insults and jokes. Take into consideration i am playing Katarina and at no point did i focus anyone with toxic words towards them. My biggest insult was calling the other team boosted monkeys after i died. Which was taken as a joke by the other team. This account has never been warned or anything before this point. If you are being completely truthful with us, the next action you should take is making a support ticket here

If you modified your chat log or were toxic in pre/post game chat then a support ticket would be a waste of time.

The boards are here so that volunteers and community members can explain how the IFS works and give suggestions as to how to avoid punishment in the future. We don't have any actions to take that would assist in reducing a punishment.

This account has never been warned or anything before this point.

If this is your first punishment, you either did something in-game (feeding, trolling, griefing - the latter two being unlikely, if you were playing Katarina), or used hate speech or other zero-tolerance chat (racial/homophobic slurs, encouragements of self-harm, etc.).

To that end, there's four possibilities:

  1. You fed or trolled (unlikely)
  2. You edited your chat log to omit zero-tolerance chat (somewhat likely)
  3. You used zero-tolerance chat in pre-game or post-game, which was unable to be provided in the reform card (somewhat likely)
  4. Your punishment was issued in error (unlikely)

If it was either 2 or 3, I'm certain Tantram would come along and clear it up, but elsewise, the only thing you can really do is submit a Support Ticket and ask about the reason for your ban.

They also look at pre/post game lobby chat. Also, were you recently on a chat restriction?
