I just got chat restricted for 24 games for THIS!? Mind you, for context, the Vlad was support and immediately started "mid or top" and that he will dodge if he doesn't get his way etc etc. I screenshotted this convo. Then he goes Vlad support and just steals so much farm that at 10 minutes I have 11, and he has ~60.
