I got permanently suspended for Unauthorized Purchases

I got suspended cause some person got into my account, that I only the password to and used a credit card, that I never used on this account so I'm confused what's going on. I never bought anything on this credit card to be honest this is my moms credit card at that. We never purchased anything on league and this happen quite a lot. this isn't the first time this happen so can someone help me. i got suspended because someone used my account to make purchases from a credit card that was never used but i get suspended for this?

It could be that your account was suspended for supicious activity. Send in a ticket here and they can give you more information. I would change your passwords immediately.

As soon as Riot sees that an account has been compromised they permanently suspend it to prevent further damage. The owner then has to contact player support to get it back after they've confirmed that the account is in the right hands.

If you click the support tab at the top of this page, you can send them a ticket so that you can get your account back. Once you send the ticket don't send another (or you'll end up at the back of the line again), just wait for their response and reply back once you get one.

i would submit a support ticket to riot ... explain whatever you feel you need to and await their response it can take 2-3 business days depending on how much tickets they have infront of yours and how much they have to do research your issue

Some Anonymus user got into my account and used a credit card that was never used on league, but they used it and riot said it was me so now im suspended im confused my self.

If your account has been compromised then Riot automatically bans it til, they can get it sorted out with owner.
