so i flamed my premade for flaming other peapole and trolling and inting but i got ban for it my friend didnt :/ can i get this dishonorable thing out?

No. What your friend did is irrelevant and was probably on a different tier of punishment than you. Stop complaining.
Flaming is not OK and you should not have done it.
You should never take it upon yourself to bring your teammates to justice. Instead, you should report them after the game and leave it in Riot's hands.
Actually, you can get out of dishonorable status. If you show improved behavior in game for a while, you will eventually start climbing back up through the honor ranks again.
