ban timer? or is my account permabanned for no reason?

I've been banned for over 3 months. Can someone help me lift the ban? I recall seeing an email at one point saying the ban would expire but I think its been past that date.

The February date is usually a arbitrary one they use for permabans. The important part is the year, since it acts a a code for the reason.

I deleted the email a long time ago. I recall that it was supposed to end at the end of February around the 28th or something. I hope riot can provide me with some kind of update. I filled out a support ticket too.

If it was going to expire in 3 months it wouldn't have been listed as a permanent ban. The only thing I can think of that you may be talking about is that the date usually has a year attached to. So it might have said like 3/7/2222.

permaban = permanent banned = FOREVER

it says the account is permanently suspended and it was supposed to be unbanned in 2016 or at least to my knowledge it was.

Banned for a few months sounds like a credit card dispute.

The longest non-permanent is 3 weeks. If it's longer than that, it's just their way of saying it's permanent.

When you got banned, it should have said something like "you have been banned until 22:22:22 2222 UTC XXXX" if you can look up and tell us what the UTC code is, we can help you.

unless it's permanent, could possibly be from a chargeback done on a credit payment.

Can't feed Riot and then suddenly take away the food dish halfway through the meal...you get rekt.
