Honor System Rewards

**Read this if you like them key fragments after you level up to honor level 4/5 **

I think League's Honor system should have better rewards. I mean I'm currently at Checkpoint 2 Level 4 and all I got as a reward was 2 key fragments and 200 BE. If the rewards were better, surely people would behave better in order to receive those rewards. More BE, Cases, Gemstones, champion/skin shards, exclusive skins for example: "Honor Akali 2018", "Honor Kled 2018"(plz more skins for kled huehue). Something like that. Honor is, at this stage of the game, some "achievement" just to prove that you've got a shiny blue/purple/orange thingy in your loading screen. Players keep being insanely toxic even after all the changes that Riot did. If I was a toxic player, and all of the sudden I see my non-toxic friends receiving nice rewards for being honorable players, I would get envious and would do my best to get them as well.

I would like some feedback on this so please state your opinion has I think this is a major problem that could potentially change the player's behaviour in League
