good luck actually getting a successful report for ping spam when the auto system is more concerned with what you say Just like it cares more about what you say than whether or not you troll and grief

great system. PC killed all chances of communication when we had mute all along. Now trolls skate by as long as they buy items and don't talk

ping spams are punishable.

Though it's typically through manual review.

And how do you trigger a "manual" review?

If the goal of the system is to regulate, then we should evaluate whether or not the system achieves its goal.

They replaced the tribunal with an spam assassin, context has been removed from reports for the most part, and you have to really be ruining a bunch of games to get manually reviewed.

As it stands now, chat weighs more than actions. I disagree with this. Doesn't mean I think ping spam, emote spam, or other forms of attempting to tilt allies and rage is a legitimate use of time, I just think that this attempt to stop that behavior AND deter trolling has failed badly

Since we can't have a perfect system, I'd rather bans and reports count more against trolling and throwing than people raging or being annoying. That's what mute is for.
