I believe I was falsely banned, however, even though I was told I would get an email containing information. I have not received one from Riot Games or League of Legends. What do I do?

If your wondering why I highlighted all of the "report ___" chat lines, asking repeatedly for others to report someone, or for that matter saltily saying "reported" every time, is annoying af, unnecessary, and is feed for a ban. Multiple reports do not do more than a single one, you can't ask the system to check a match any harder.

There's nothing here to escalate you straight to a perma, but if you were coming off of a recent 14-day ban... yeah, that's how the system works. Any punishment trigger after 14-day ban will result in a perma, and your tendency to fight with anybody and everybody demonstrated in these logs would certainly trigger a punishment.

Sucks that Riot hasn't explained that to you themselves, but I don't think they're going to be able to help you, unless you were previously in good standing.

In game 1 i was getting harassed by the top lane, who laughed every time i died, and all i did was tell him that in every fight he was elsewhere and not helping the team, i did call him "useless" but i dont think it is very toxic at all

Don't worry about what others say. You are responsible for what you say and type. No one controls your keyboard other than yourself.

If you got permabanned for those two logs you showed, while mild, it means that the history of your behavior was taken into account. They told you that during your 14-day ban that the next puinishment would be a perma, and voila. Perma is here.
