Toxic player getting me banned

Just after getting on lol I que up for a normal draft pick and of course i get into a lobby. After banning phase I pick naut and then the jg comments on how he wanted to play naut. So I did the normal thing which respond with sorry ;-; and everything was cool... till 10 minutes. After going against a akali top i wasn't doing great but i wasn't doing horrible. He then decided to gank top by himself and got counter ganked and killed, a few mins later he starts typing in chat "naut" "naut" "naut" i responded with something like "yes?" and he said "why tf did you take naut from me" I responded with "because i wanted to play naut" and he told me i sucked. Then after a failed teamfight he starts spamming my name again. So then i decided to mute him, but then around 10 mins later he starts talking to the enemy team and saying shit there too. So i muted him (don't even know why) to see if he was still spamming me and lo and behold he was. After every death he would ping missing on me and spam "naut""naut""naut why did you take naut from me you suck at him" after the third time of him doing this I just told him to kys. He then starts rapidly typing about how i'm worse than scum and i'm the reason why we're losing so i get tired of his shit and start calling him out on his. Whenever he he flash ults the SUPPORT and ignores the carries i'd say "wow you got the support, we only lost a teamfight because of it" and then he go back to spam pinging me, intentionally pretending to go in with me just to run out and spam chat. After all that i get pissed off and whenever he types to me i tell him to shut the fuck up, he then calls me trash and cancer and I'd say back you suck. So after the game i reported him for flaming and go on my way. But low in behold HE the one who was spamming me reported me, And somehow I'M the one who gets suspended! All because he took the time to type out everything i said back to him but he just so happen to leave out what he said to me. Even according to suspension notice it says how they the system went over the chat and found ME somehow guilty.

So apparently everything will be ok if i just be as toxic as possible and then spend 15 minutes going over every little thing they said while omitting what i said? How is this even close to fair? I haven't even suspended since 2014 and some troll just gets away with reporting me?

And the worse part is i have little to no way to dispute it. He'll just keep playing and flaming and i'll just have to wait until it's over. Instead of realising patch after patch of skins they should try to focus on fixing the ban system.

Talking trash in a video game should never be bannable which is why i will never take this game seriously, I see people legit cheating and i stalk them on op.gg nothing happens however i say how thee f*ck did you kill me? that shit missed completely.....that grounds for a ban....lol riot ive said this before and ill say it again please sell this company to someone that is filled with a bunch of pussies or remove the 13 or older from your sign up feature so you can legit be the little kids game you are turning this into

You are responsible for your actions. As you didn't post your chat logs, it appears that you understand that your chat was punishable, and thus have no standing to comment here.

Regardless of if you were provoked by one person, 3 people (or 8 people for things said in all chat) who were not involved had to witness and deal with your toxic behavior. That is the reason you are punished, even if you were provoked. You ruined the game for 3 or 8 other people.

You told the pest to "kys" which can quite easily escalate you in the punishment tiers. You should have just kept him muted and reported him for harassment at the end.

How will he get away with it? If you report him, it goes on his record. He was harassing you. That's against the rules. If he gets enough reports for toxicity, he gets punished. You know that punishments happen, after all. Your response to him was reported, and deserving of punishment. It goes both ways. You should have just muted him again.

The thing you have to realize is that this game is filled with pussies and you can't say the slightest thing without someone reporting you. That being said, your best bet was to just mute him, accept the loss, and move on to the next game. Or even better, take a 30 minute break so that way the game is on your mind. Sorry for the suspension, I know it isn't fair since you claim he did everything initially. Good luck in future buddy

Fighting flame with flame is never the answer; each player is responsible for their own chat.

it sucks that player SHOULD BE BANNED as well.. but you are responsible for what you did and how you lashed back therefore you got punished.

you became toxic due to him i get that... but you were toxic as well.

just learn not to use chat and this wont become an issue. sorry it sucks
