Do chat restrictions prevent you from getting season rewards?
Got a 10 game chat restriction the other day curious if it will affect my eligibility when recieving rewards end of season 7.

No, not when its this early in the season it does not. however getting it late in the season can.
Only if you are actively chat restricted on the last day.
