Just send in the link. They'll never tell you whether someone was punished due to privacy reasons.

I just had a game on another account of mine in Silver ELO where my support wanted to go Ashe support in ranked but I selected her, he got mad then went Ahri support to only intentionally feed in game with the Riven elo boosting enemy laugh and state, "Is Ahri intentionally feeding or is he just trying to play Ahri support and making it work?"

How does... that work out? The person's intentions were to troll cause they had a tilt train of previous games... People like Ahri needs to get punished for AND as well people who are elo-boosting other accounts when you NA.OP.GG to see their summoners spell OR difference in champion picks should get permanent banned...

You can, but keep in mind the Intentional Feeder Ban System usually issues punishments for intentional feeders. It also takes at least a few games of intentional feeding for the system to punish a player, one game wouldn't be enough to punish a player.

I'm sure the two dollar an hour guy in China really wants to review that. Just use the automated system, I saw a thread on here that they don't even want those reports anymore.
