Honor lvl 5 requirements
I got lvl 4 honor about a month ago but I still havent reached honor lvl 5. All my friends who got lvl 4 much after me are now 5. I did get a chat ban earlier this season, does that effect how high my honor lvl can get?

IDK I'm level 3 here but level 5 on my main for months despite doing the same thing and never punished on either acct
I don't think so, but don't quote me on that.
All I can offer is that you make sure when you're honoring people, you do your best to honor the randoms and not your premade friends. Honoring premades scores you less points in the system. This is to discourage honor trading amongst premades.
