Fuck your ban system

So I just got banned for saying the word "%%%", among a few others in a game that was completely ridiculous. I was a top laner and our mid laner was a Zed who had no idea what "ss" means. Long story short, I got ganked every minute or so even though I was already playing against an OP Champ "darius", and to top it all off Zed never ss'd so I had 3 people in my lane at one point. I got pissed off about it and called him out on it, and yes I did use foul language. So at one point I calm down and say "Do you want to lose?" And you know how he responds? "Do you want to get banned?" So this piece of shit instead of acknowledging that he's clueless and apologizing, he reverses the situation because your ban system is shit and he knows he can get me banned for my tongue slip. This is why your ban system sucks. Sure, no one deserves to be insulted, but no one deserves to be banned either. The only reason I can think of that should result in a ban is hacking/using 3rd party programs. The community right now fucking sucks because clueless bronze players would much rather report you than acknowledge that they did something wrong and diffuse the situation. I know what I did was wrong, but who cares? There is a mute button for a reason. But no one uses it anymore because it's so easy to get other players banned for pointing out your mistakes than just admit to making a mistake or ignore them altogether. I think it's insane that I get banned for flaming when there are so many things happening at once that led to me blowing up like that. A simple "sorry" by the midlaner would've been enough to avoid the whole thing, but he decides to be an asshole and report me for it so he can save face. I don't think any one should have the power to get you banned like that.
