It is really disappointing not being able to play many champions at the start of my league of legends experience. With 133 champions to buy and play I think summoners should earn more than 100< LP a match considering the amount of time it takes to complete one. With the best champions being 6300 that means you would have to play upwards of 50 matches just to unlock one champion. Thoughts and opinions?

We have a lot more champions and things to buy with IP than we had before but our IP income hasn't increased to follow this trend.

well for new players it seems over whelming but riot has hextech crafting that helps reward players with chest that gives champs, skins ,etc
and IP is free you get for playing the game.. they dont have to give you shit for free yet they do alot
and people instead of being thankful for it they whine and bitch and through their childish fits that its not free enough
free rewards for playing their game... that is free to play

I'm not a marketing specialist, but I can understand that people love free stuff and Riot has done a great job of keeping a healthy balance between free stuff and their own money income.

The newest ones are. BTW, Ashe is only 500IP and is considered pretty good overall.
Annie is also 500IP and can be a pub stomper.
If you were to play only 1 free rotating champ per day, you'd still be able to use most of them.
The you decide which champs you like most and buy them with the lowest cost first.

Disappointing to burn 6300 ip on a single champion when you can buy multiple (less fun) champions for the same price. Meaning people tend to miss out on the funnest champions simply because they take much to long to grind for. In the end its almost a disappointing feeling when you pop that 6300 ip buy
