How come I'm seeing people using 'pick order' in Dynamic Queue and not being punished for it?

I assumed this was the correct board to post to since it's a rant about player behavior.

Twice this week alone I've seen people using pick order as an excuse to get out of whatever role they were assigned and they are not being punished for it. Why is this allowed? I've even tried getting answers from Riot directly with no response at all. Lyte even posted on Twitter early in the DQ process that not going a role you are assigned is bannable. So, where are the bans exactly? A month from now? Six? A year? This needs to be dealt with ASAP. I've reported these players and still see at least one of them continuing to play by tracking them with op.gg, lolking, etc. I assume the other was punished due to instant feedback telling me so, but who knows? Maybe it's someone else who was toxic and the other one is still out there.

Whether I win or lose is not the issue, I have all season to make up for it. But this kind of behavior is extremely stupid and is being abused for not being part of the instant feedback system. Something's gotta be done, Riot. Please.

EDIT: I log on after the patch goes live and see that instant feedback has punished someone else, but how am I to know if it is someone abusing the role assignment or just a toxic player? And what kind of punishment are we talking about, because I'm not sure a low priority queue will make it much better. I think this is something that should be more clearly defined in the report system and in the instant feedback you get.

No, really. You're stalking people to see if they are punished for something they did in a video game. If you were doing the same thing for a person who had shop lifted, that is what you would call 'obsessed', and shoplifting is more serious than ignoring role call in DQ.

Also, how many games have you played this week? Because if you've played 30 games where this applies, the way you're phrasing this is disingenuous.

You CAN dodge once per day or so and lose only 2-3 LP.

Thanks for telling me what stalking is based on a sentence taken out of context, it's like you're a social justice warrior or something! Nice meme bro. You can nitpick sentences here to try and further your own reputation but I've already made my point and I've used the boards for what they're intended for; leaving feedback and creating discussion about a single topic. Stop trying to change it.

I will give you SJW points for saving my dodge for the possibility of someone ignoring role call. I suppose I've been using it too readily. But the point is that this is something that should not just be 'dodged and ignored', because it's been stated what the punishment is. I will echo my OP by saying maybe this is something that should be added to the report system for instant feedback, make it more easily defined.

You're honed in on making sure that these people are punished instead of moving on with your life. That's actually rather noteworthy for a reader, but whatever.

You've said Riot is working on it. What's the point of raising awareness for an issue that is already being addressed?

Because Riot Games is Riot Games. People are only punished when they're severe repeat offenders. You need to get reported almost every game to receive some sort of punishment.

lol trolled all season 5, ignoring pick order, picking smite to steal jungler's buffs, stealing every lanes farm and i never got banned. played 100's of games too. not even a warning.

after i figured that i wouldn't get banned, i tried being toxic in season 6. got insta ban. apparently trolling is very easy to get away with. u shouldn't have too much faith on their ban systems. my stats are proof of that.

i asked you a question. what is your excuse of being in silver despite trying to win? I have an excuse. and if you actually used some thinking you would see how many games of 0 deaths I have to conclude I throw games out just for the KDA. seems like you are facing a much harsher punishment if you are trying to win and being in silver as opposed to me being in bronze and trolling on purpose to lose.

sure, after you show me you can get 30-1 avg KDA on multiple roles and champions.

don't cry cause you got outsmarted. my season 5 stats clearly indicate i got away with a year (100's of games worth) of trolling. The only point I made was how bad the ban system is. Apparently you misinterpret that as me saying I'm better. no where did I state that I'm better. I just said I trolled and got away cause the ban system can't catch trolls that don't feed or flame.

I will say this much though. I'm better and smarter than you judging by your posts
