Remove chat from game problem solved or atleast give the option to remove chat, seeing it and typing it. I'm sick and tired of getting perma banned for giving my opinion when the actually toxic players continue to play the game. Removing chat shouldnt even be an issue with the ping system in place and will give them more incentive to make the system better. Don't give the excuse that we need the chat system to make friends, should give a valid reason to keep it.

Try Not giving your opinion ! Your asking a company who goes out of their way to give players free access not only to talk in games but here on the boards and you complain that you can't figure out how to unbind your enter key or stop saying rude things.
As to the option for allowing individuals to elect not to have chat there are many reasons for this not to be available now, but as for me..If your going to be a Jerk regardless, then I'd rather have them punish then optional chat removal because people like that will find a way to be a Jerk w/o chat...Kind of simple !!

My point is something needs to be done about this cycle, everyone does it. No one seems to care, and no one seems to talk about it to my knowledge and goes under the rug. Removing chat and /laugh /joke and /taunt would be to quickest and easiest way to do a quick fix, or atleast start seriously looking into what types of harassment is and isn't allowed because it is not except able to be banning half the problem.

I wasn't Trying to be Rude to you, it's your assumption that I am and this concerns me because a lot of players seem to blame others and Not look at what they are doing. I Will talk to you if you wish to be polite if I knew a way we could do it in private I'll offer that to you also.
You have to understand that I believe 1 of 2 things are going on either:
--You are a troll with troubled history and trying to make waves, I gave my reason for this before in this thread OR
--You are having a hard time right now and need someone to listen to you, either way you need to take a look at yourself first.
I thought this section of the boards would allow people to talk about such things as OP is going threw, I don't find that going on much.

Riot does have nonverbal harassment behavior as you put it a punishable offence. Thing is it's harder to detect this, and I believe that if people are unable to control themselves by chat then they will resort to this.
Riot even promoted taunting in the game and bad manners why is that even allowed, but when you dont have thick skin all of a sudden your right and can take action?
