Riot should allow a prerequisit for players who feel like they don't deserve a permanent ban.

Or they should do tiered punishments, like a 10 day chat ban... then a 25 day chat ban... then a 14 day suspension before the permanent ban... oh wait....

If someone who is being careful prior to final permanent ban is finally reported or someone who is performing "Third party" when they really aren't should be able to preform a formal letter to the Tribunal system. It gives less of a "harsh" punishment to the system so players who preform better from there report card can be given second chance. I'm pretty sure people don't want to loose a 4-5 year-old account with every champion and $400 dollars worth of purchases....

Really? You didn't get any 5, 10 14 days ban but went directly to permaban? Is that what you are claiming?

Players who are permanently banned Prior all other bans should have a 5 attempt called a "prerequisite" which allows the player another chance to the account they own. I'm not claiming I'm permanently ban lol. I am not banned XD

The point people are making is that they do. They get a chance on the 10-game chat restriction, 25-game chat restriction, and 14-day ban.

And quite frankly, some people need the permaban to reform. The 5% that finally get it and improve their new account after losing the old one.

Edit: @Jorencice actually about 95% of people failed, not 100%. That's where my 5% number comes from.

True, players who do not heed any warning ban, or suspension clearly deserve what they get.

They actually tried that once.

It was called the level 20 challenge.

If perma banned players could make it to level 20 without being rightfully reported their main accounts would get unbanned.

If you are perma banned you deserve it.

According to the new system Riot is uploading to the Tribunal, players will soon be judged by a computer. Which will be more harsh then the Tribunal itself. Offering a formal chance of presenting a letter will give balance to the systems. I hate trolls and feeders too. But some people don't deserve such harsh punishment.
