I just got chat restricted and as crazy as it may sound, I actually enjoy it. Would it be possible to enable chat restriction on my account after my 10 games punishment.

Nope, you can't do that. You can however unbind your enter key if you really want to.

Best option still is to grow up and get some self-control :)
