At what rank do people become nicer?
Like seriously, I am only Silver V at the moment, but I mean seriously the amount of people that rage so very very hard is uncountable.
When do people actually get nice?

They don't.
There is no correlation between elo and perceived kindness. The only difference is that as you get higher, you can trust your teammates to do the right thing strategically. That trust means it's easier to work together. In theory. In practice, it's mostly just that those who can adapt to the meta at a skill level are the ones that do well. If the meta of Platinum is to rotate immediately after taking a tower instead of pressing for another in the same, then the good plats will rotate instead of push.
I would suggest that you utilize the mute function for particularly obnoxious individuals. And if they are being offensive or rude to you or your teammates, then feel free to report their behavior.
As far as im told in the higher elos. Beople become more oranery espically when.theyre about to go up a division..
Honestly, I'm gold 5 and have been as low as silver 3 (placed silver 1, demoted through silver 3, then straight to gold 5), and I find overall people are pretty nice.
Maybe 1 teammate is bad in most games. That means 3 of 4 are good, not to mention some games they're all good. And the one who isn't nice? If none of the other 4 retaliate to him he often turns in to being nice (especially if you're not sucking). So I've had a pretty good experience overall.
That said, if you respond AT ALL they'll go crazy. If you open the chat, you're likely to meet the nasties. I've seen it watching up to high diamond (possibly even master/challenger) where people will go outright bonkers when teammates make mistakes.
It's normal that in a competitive environment people get edgy. Try to perform well & not respond to taunting and people will be nice.
i found my climb from silver 3 to gold was pretty tame. nobody says shit because everyone just wants to focus and win. bronze and low silver type too much.
Never. They don't get nicer, and plat V and diamond V is far worse than silver in that sense. Gold IV-I is fine though judging from my experience.
