Quick question regarding afk
Will i get punished if i Quit the game when there is another player DCed in my team. let's say for more then 5 minute after remake chance was gone

Yes you will get punished for a leaving a game (or multiple), it does not matter if someone else was afk or not. Just because someone is breaking the rules by being afk does not suddenly give you the right to break them aswell.

Also note: you will also be counted as AFK if you didn't move within the first 3 minutes even if someone else was DCed.
