Isn't it unfair not to have any chance of speaking against harassment?

Currently I am in the state of "Ineligible for loot". Well I will sincerely deserve the mechanical punishment. I'm not complaining about it even if I somehow kept disconnected from the games because of the some misbehavior of the client. (Probably memory leak or something? I'm not sure.)

The point is: I was abused in the game. They say I'm noob, stay at the starting point because that would help much, or some things.

I may be a noob or troll. But I think it is fair for trolls like me to have a chance of learning how bad I am. So I always ask them teach me how to play moba, especially from the point of power-spike; how I should have played in the time-line.

As you can expect, nobody is able to explain it: no denying of my build path, nor do they analyze the game-situations which force certain players to do what they do not want to, resulting in my being detected as afk by leave-buster.

On the other hand, they keep playing and say idixxxx-or-shxxx-esl-vocabulary-level-3-things while they are dead.

You may say I'm cheating. That can be true. I know what I am doing. Nobody would say I am wrong. I'm without doubt on the winning side in a way?

Even though, I'm disgraced in advance. So it is not the matter of right or wrong; it should be the matter of fairness.

I could have played in mute, and later in the reporting screen described what happened. But is that what you want? Definitely NO.

I do not need the unreliable punishment by the Riot support. I haven't had any feedback from the reporting system before.

I feel that it is a total shame your asking others to report someone on chat, or pre-made 3 players surrounding to report a certain player in a team. I don't care about these retarded deeds themselves, if you want to do just do it; it is not the things I can decide. It's all up to your will, decisions, what you are.

But these are encouraged, It seems to me at least, by the system. (I'm not saying their reports did the last push of my "Ineligible" state.) It's just unfair.

Why waste time typing against toxic assholes? Like really. Tell me why you should waste time talking back to them when it won't help the situation at all. It's best to save 15 minutes of frustration with a simple mute, carry on, and just report at the end of the game.

Admittedly, a lot of what you wrote is not processing in my mind. Perhaps I am just too tired to understand it currently.

So I'm going to focus on the title and what I can make out.

You can speak out against harassment, you just can't give harassment back. If they are harassing you you can simply go "Hey, I'm trying. I am having difficulty though. Any helpful advice?" I add the questioning since you seem to be trying to learn. If they are picking at a teammate, "They are trying. Might be new, give some slack." if they continue to speak negatively then mute them.

I think you are using troll incorrectly.

If you are learning something, don't be afraid of using the practice tool our intermediate bots. If you use bots, ask if anyone could offer advice (build path, skill order, etc.) You can also try researching before game to have an idea.

The only time the report system can be iffy is when it involves int feeding or trolling. Verbal things are easier to detect. Be mindful that unless they use hate speech no one is going to be punished for a single game of chat logs. The system tries to avoid isolated instances and looks for patterns in it.

Number of reports in a single game doesn't matter. 1 report does the same thing as 9. Yes, we all wish the notification of punishment being dealt was better, but eh.
