Please can someone help me

A close friend of mine has gotten a permanent ban as of tonight, and I know that a lot of posts are made about this and about how they dont deserve the ban but, this ban was a complete accident. Her, I and her friends were in a game and she likes to tease us and make jokes, and sometimes people would get angry if she made the jokes to them, but we don't because we know she's joking, but in the game a random had no idea that she was and reported her, and she got a permanent ban, she has put so much money into this game and there just has to be something that can be done. Please, can someone help or anything?

One game reported doesn't = permaban. They can submit a ticket and plead their case, but in all likely hood they will remain banned.

Well, IF you are telling the truth, there is nothing players can do. Just contact Riot through tickets and see if they can do anything.

What are you talking abut? Like who? I remember yesterday there was some girl complaining about her permaban, and making threats/ excuses. If that is the person you are currently talking about, exactly ZERO posts where made about not deserving the ban, everyone said she defidently deserved it, if your talking about someone else, very sorry lol. We can't exactly do anything tho...making a ticket is your best shot.
