Respect Premade lanes in URF?

We often run into the situation where a player goes 0/5 etc on his lane and suddenly swaps to our called premade lane without asking or anything, and after asking really nicely he goes like "no, u go afk"

... Do ppl have to respect premade lanes? At least somewhat?

Have to? No. Categorically no.

At the end of the day, though, it's a funmode. No reason not to respect others' wish to have fun. That does include people who hard lost their lane though, because often enough in URF that isn't even really their fault.

Just making a general point here, though. In your specific story, it definitely sounds like the player that wanted to swap was being a bit of a dick.

Just like Mundo, I go where I please in ARURF. Friends don't get lane priority "just because." There are no dedicated positions in this mode.

Me being in a lane does not stop them from laning together. It'll just be 3 in the lane instead of 2.

I mean those are kids who want to play a for fun mode, so don't take it all serious and try hard like it is the end of your life

No one is forced to respect lane calls in URF. Its chaos. Of course, I always let premades lane together, cuz im not a complete asshole. But if its already like mid game, and dude is getting stomped, let him go wherever dude. Its urf. Some matchups are just hell to deal with, and theres no good reason you specifically should be stuck in that hellish matchup lane. Let em roam around, you should roam around too.
