Tribunal Punishment System

So I have recently got out of a game where there were extreme amounts of passive aggression from one team to the other. And the thing that I see so much of is how people do not know the difference between talking smack, and talking shit. Not sure what the rules are on vulgar language so bare with me. I also do not know the process in which you, "Riot", handle reports and such. It seems as if you have a team that only pick and choose the reports you seem reportable. There are some cases where its extreme, but you all need to focus on all reports. I am getting very angry at the fact that people have no sense in sympathy when it comes to a video game. What I mean by that is, why do you have to go as far as calling someone a racial slurr, or trying to piss someone off just because you are winning a game? Not sure how big this team is but you need to make an effort in expanding your team that looks into these problems. I am a person who has lost a nephew because he committed suicide from online cruelty. For that fact alone, you all need to make a better effort at maintaining rather than "what champion should we come out with next?!! I know we came out with one last week, but we need another one right now!!" Its very aggravating that you never follow up with people who report others for things. I have reported two players, PerDrew and md1atlas22 are prime examples of what you see as too little of a problem. They get ahead and decide to start saying belittling things to the other team (I was one of them) that made no sense as to why they were doing it. This brings me to my first point I mentioned; the difference between talking smack, and talking shit. Talking smack im sure everyone needs to freshen up on. Its pretty much the deal and be dealt talk of, " oh im better than you" and "thats why you cant catch me" or something small like that. Its the same principle as talking to a child as an adult, filtering what you say. Then there is talking shit; The conversation where you say stuff like "F*** you ill show up to your house" and stuff like that. "You are a N*****" and so on forth. You need to attack this situation first and foremost. I have left my email in the reports I made on these two players (my specific email listed on the "md1atlas22" report). Both reports are together as i had not enough space to type my predicament in. I would greatly appreciate it if someone would reach out and give me an answer so I know that you, "Riot" has received my inquiry. -Chris "M1 Trump" is my Tag on League of Legends. ehh.. as much as I wanted to read the whole thing, I really can't get myself to read that block of text. please use the enter key more often next time.

I did read the first few lines, and I'll let you know that they do look at the "small" stuff. It takes more games to build up a case against the small stuff, and passive-aggressiveness is punished.

the rest, tldr.

Get a life, its internet world. No responsibility for those kids to be "polite" and as a gamer, toxicity happens in most of the games (back when playing counter strike, everyone yells in mic and are complete toxic; only way to beat toxicity is when u outplayed ur oponent not the other way around

All Riot needs to do to regulate social interactions between players, is have a mute feature, which they already have. That's the best way to shut someone up. Banning and trying to control what people say to eachother could make things worse. Some people feel so strongly against it, that they will purposely insult people just as a sort of fuck you to riot...like a "I'll show them". So really, just mute people the second they start saying something you don't find constructive, or something you find offensive. Please, just mute, it's SO EASY!

Edit: also like Kei143 said, your wall of text is too long and I too did not read all of it. Try spacing things out with paragraphs. As lazy as it seems, for some reason it is difficult to read something like your large block of text.

I see that Riot hasn't responded.
