So I had to leave during a CoOp vs. AI game and when I got back I had the low priority queue. I don't mind that the leaverbuster system is doing its job, but I have to wait 20 mins before the games, not the usual 5. Anyone know why I have to wait so long since I only AFK'd 1 game?
If you have a history of leaving games (as evidenced by "the usual 5") then the punishment goes up, yeah. Coop vs. AI is still with other players. It's also not just one game, your leave history is what made it 20mins.
All game modes are treated equal. While vs ai is just playing with bots, remember it is meant for people who are just starting out with the game. If leaving was ok in vs ai you are basically setting it up to basically say its perfectly ok to leave your games no matter the mode.
You must have a history for leaving games. It's always a 5 minute punishment before jumping to 20. It also doesn't give you a punishment for just 1 game. About 3 games of leaving will get you a 5 minute punishment for a few games.
I know from experience since this happened to me while trying to play normals during a thunderstorm.
