Forcing others to dodge~

Was going to suffer through the match to get to the report button, but ended up dodging instead, taking the -3 instead of -15/-20 points. It's really frustrating to have this happen, and I don't understand why people even do this. Winning is so much more gratifying than troubling other people. It's quite sad, and I hope this person gets punished accordingly.
