Got banned for 14 days for having 1 bad game
Can I get this reduced it was completely one person who was toxic and got whole team to ban me please help I want to contact riot

You would not have been banned without cause. Riot looks at the situation when you are falsely reported. Even if you were 9x reported and did nothing there would be no penalty.
If you didn't intentionally feed at all, then yes it can get removed completely (there are no lower punishments for it). If you did intentionally feed then it wouldn't be reduced or removed regardless of the other player's behavior. Submit a Support Ticket to request they manually review your case.
What did your ban notification say, exactly?
You got banned for intentionally feeding.
Unless you have a different explanation for a 1/17/0 Nid game with two different boots and movement speed CD item in your inventory.
I also spotted a 3/13/3 Jinx game with three boots in your past. Probably should have been banned then but you lucked out.
yeah double boots, ghostblade on a 1/17/0 nid (a death every 2 min) doesnt exactly scream 'one bad game' but rather 'you pissed me off now watch me int'. Also one person being toxic does not excuse inting and I am willing to bet the team reported you for inting not because someone asked

or you have shown EXTREME levels of toxicity.
From my own experience treat it as a lesson and remember after punishment system is super sensitive towards your behaviour so i suggest you /mute all at the start of every game because one outburst of emotions can get you banned forever.
