Toxic players seem to be on the rise

First Id like to thank Riot for creating such a fantastic game, free for the masses, which doesn't push you into buying things.

For an online game, most players are surprisingly polite. However, lately I'm noticing an influx of toxic gamers: megalomaniacal, uncooperative, negative, rude, and immature players. Hardly a game goes by where I don't have to report someone. This seems to be a recent trend (within the last 2 weeks or so).

Has anyone else noticed this or is it just me? I don't mean to complain but merely bring it to the attention of Riot. If enough people feel the same way, I hope it can be looked into.

I noticed this exact thing too. Thought it might be my imagination so earlier this week i made a post about it and chronicled my experiences.

I found that 80% of the games i was in contained a feeder/flamer/troll/afk and it was necessary to report 21% of the players i played with.

It's stupid, actually all but 2 of the games i played that day were decided by factors that had absolutely nothing to do with how well i played. (During the experiment i averaged 8.4 kills per game and 1.5 deaths, but that had nothing to do with the results (w/L) of the game.)

There is almost no reason left to play this game.

It is because Riot has Permanently Suspended a Very Large Portion of the Community on False Pretext without reason, basically fueling the rage of the affected players. I am Permanently Suspended under the same cause. However I haven't been making multiple account ruining the game further, but in a way this is how players are getting their revenge on the community because Riot doesn't IP ban or Taint IPs allowing multiple accounts to be created, thus more Opportunities to ruin your games. I just had my 4 Year account Permanently Suspended while acknowledging and following the game's rules. I am furious to say the least and I have mentally thought of making multiple accounts and doing the same, which I might if my Real Account isn't unbanned for this false reason. There is your explanation though because all of these bans happened two week ago and up to the 1st of June.

Its because they think they are better then everyone. Not only that but if someone on your team is playing bad, it can be frustrating, especially when it is a big reason you lost. Now some people get so angry to the point of being just super toxic and just being a horrible person. I havent noticed a recent spike in toxicity, I've noticed a steady rise.

I Would prefer to have 9 lcs level toxic players in the game instead of afkers trolls and feeders

if words offend you on the internet dont fucking log on the internet the tribunal is a majority of bro %%%s who only participate in it so they can feed in arams intentionally troll people and greif them but never receive any punishment for real in game offenses its ridiculous really your community is a bunch of ten year old little girls so funny

I did 4 rankeds on EUW, won all of them, never played again cuz everyone was super toxic and rude. Normals it is for me.

I also feel as though there has been a surprising increase very recently. People who are convinced that they are the only ones doing well when they're 3/11, and then blaming everyone else for why the game is going poorly. It seems as though every game I get a troll or someone just unwilling to work with the team. I feel like the only solution I have to avoid this unpleasantness is to always play with a 5 man premade, but that's not an option most of the time based on the schedules of others.

Its because of the permanent removal of Solo Q and changes to Dynamic Shit:

Now there is an autofill feature so if you stayed in queue for too long (or short in Diamond+) you will be thrown into any role other than the 2 you selected (so likely support and jungle)

As one wise man once said "Playing League of Legends with your friends is really fun. Playing solo queue though, is the most toxic experience ever" ~Brofresco I never play solo queue. I'd rather not play at all this game than do it. There is so much toxicity (i doubt this word exists but you get my point) that when more than 5 people report someone for the same reason, and after the game riot messages you saying "thank you for clearing our community from trash" (or something like it) it feels sooo goood. I have met so many toxic players that i would prefer to play dark souls on highest difficulty with my bare hands than play solo queue ever again. You are probably gonna say /mute all, but you can still get intoxicated; PINGS. Even if you remove the pings sounds, put the chat at the corner so you dont see the pings at the chat as well, hide the minimap, you still see the non stop spamming of pings in your screen. I was in a game where 2 kids kept spamming on me at a point where i couldnt even see my champ from the pings. (Kind of got out of subject over there but had to get it out of my system).
