So is there a good way of reporting people?

I don't have much faith in the report system.. I just played ranked with an urgot support who just bought different kinds of boots and intentionally fed all game. He said in chat that he wanted to lose all his provisionals so that he would be able to play and carry his low elo friends. Another reason why this dynamic queue was not a good idea, but either way looking at his match history shows very well that he has intentionally fed probably 7 matches in a row today and obviously not someone that should be able to continue screwing his teammates this way. So is it possible to report him to riot in some other way than the in game system?

As long as your reports are not false then you should have nothing to worry about. And if you check this section of the boards you should know that the report system is fully functional and works VERY well.

And yeah that would fall under griefing and intentionally feeding. As seen here: https://i.gyazo.com/d7f9e3f20098ca82ac15eb054765fca3.png
