Perm. Banned after two days playing?

Hello,

I've only been playing L.O.L for two days made it to level 10 as of today Aug. 5th 2016 in the morning and got an email tonight telling me I was banned. I thought it was some scam or something but tried logging in and sure enough I was banned. I guess you should get some kind of card or something explaining why but I never got one. Has anyone else encountered this before? I don't know what I did wrong. I know I said "shit" once but other than that I don't know. I sent in a request to riot to see what happen. But was wondering if any of you have ran into this. I didn't see any warning's or anything but after reading some of the boards it can skip all of them. I mean if I did something wrong I would like to know. Below is the email I received:

Hey TaoWarYa,

I've been experimenting with a few ways to detect "bots" in Co-Op vs AI and ARAM games. We have a few methods currently but one of the problems is that they can be slow, so by the time we find them the damage has already been done.

It's possible your account got caught up in the ban wave and if so I'm deeply sorry. The good news though is that we can release the account if you contact Player Support!

I think the same this happened to me,i got banned after 3 years of playing league and i sent a ticket to the support and they said that this is because my account is botted to lvl 30 then sold even though it's not. my ticket is still on. sadly though no one noticed this,i can prove this account wasn't botted. it's my main account and i'm sure it's not botted. and i think tracking the games and the time frame from my account going from lvl 1 to 30 will prove it's not a botted nor a sold account. i have a post on the forum with the full details of the incident, and i'm still hoping i will find justice. #JusticePlease

Well got a response back these guys rock. I'm glad it was figured out. Also glad their working hard to catch cheaters and players trying to sell they'really game. This was the response I was given. Mad respect for WookieCookie :

Programs that auto-level League accounts so they can be sold later. I'm still tuning our detection methods and your account's case is a big help for us.

I've since unlocked your account. Also for the trouble I've added a Hextech Chest (and a key) to your account, you'll find it when you next log in.

A ban out of nowhere and with little description is often the result of account compromise or use of illegal third party programs. Have you been playing on public computers, used any third party applications that interacted with the game, or shared your account in any way?

It could be any number of things, so you'll just have to be patient and wait on the ticket reply. It could take a few days, so please be patient and do not bump it with replies or it will be pushed to the back of the queue.

I use my gaming computer at home and I wasn't even aware of third party programs. I've only been literately playing two days. My twin brother said hey try this game I was like ok. And got hooked lol Yeah not going to bump it. Was just wondering if anyone else has encountered this.

Pretty sure Gambler knows, but for you I'll let you know that it's not a year but a ban code. They are used internally to track what the ban was for, but you can google up a list that is somewhat accurate.

ok cool good to know. Very cool riot got on here and responsed. I was reading through some of the other bans and some of the comments were rather rude from players talking down on riot. anyway thank you for the feed back.

Just an FYI: accounts probably would be unbanned if the game (and the planet) lasted that long.

I worked for a company that did something similar to this. tfw you move shit to the following year, and then a year later you're like "oops... Now we gotta move all those again..."

i was never banned. EVER..NEVER EVER, NEVER...only a small chat restriction when the system was broken, like back in the days:)

glad they got you sorted out and a treat! :D its always good to take a break after a few long games...i think this reduces the getting caught in the autobot-ban. those dang bots will play for hours and hours. so tired of seeing them in TT. but yea, take breaks every now and again, also helps to save youre eyes from strain. and then you can come back after a snack or which ever, and be refreshed to kick some booty.

My roommate just had a similar experience. He hadn't hit level 10 yet and was permanently banned for.....something. No clue what. Maybe they thought you were Tyler 1 and banned it. Jk but that is bullshit. Who even flames in bots or feeds, you will always win.
