As somebody who has over 30 banned accounts I feel like your system for reform and toxic players is complete and utter bullshit. Your system of giving people a chat restrict followed by suspended accounts and finally into permas doesn't reform players but rather keeps the same habits and negative attitudes towards the game and its community while also promoting account sharing trading and selling websites because most people who end up with a banned account will go straight onto a website to buy a level 30 account which was most likely botted in the first place. Or will go through the process of smurfing back up to where they were before creating a negative impact on the games of people in lower elo and levels who are legitamately in this elo. I honestly feel like Riot needs to do something about it and can't stand how the system currently is paired with how easy it is for someone to get penalized after a single game where they became tilted at the mundane repetitiveness that League of Legends is.summoner 4

Just because it didn't reform you doesn't mean it doesn't reform or remove many of the players who go through it.

Dude, you can’t fuck up 30+ times and then claim the rules are wrong. At this point, you should have been able to follow even the most obtuse and draconian of rules through sheer trial and error alone.

Not that Riot has particularly draconian rules. They essentially boil down to “don’t be a dick”. Not hard.

Riot's statistics support the fact that a decent chunk of banned players never play the game again -- the desired outcome. Another portion continues to play and reforms their behavior -- an acceptable outcome. Some portion continues to behave poorly on multiple accounts, but I honestly am not sure at that point that there is a good solution for that problem, as it shows a desire to continue to behave poorly and a disregard of earned/purchased content.

If you have a solution that does not come down to "allow more toxicity" I'd be curious to hear it. If, on the other hand, you consider League to be "mundane and repetitive," I would honestly suggest finding another game that you find more exciting.

It's extremely easy to not get penalised. If you keep getting punished over a single game then you are the problem, not the system.

hmm....you throw around this "most people" (I assume you mean banned people) will buy a level 30 account... Do you have any source to this claim that "most people" will do this instead of either uninstall LoL or create new account themselves?
