Getting reported for literally no reason?

Ive been playing games and I do not believe i said a single word to the opposing team, yet i get reported for Harassment and Offensive Language? The first time it happened i was just like, oh its probably not gonna happen again but it just happened two more times and it seems like its only happening in games that I do poorly in. Im pretty sure its not any of my teammates thats reporting me because they're just my friends, Does this mean that people are just reporting me for doing poorly in a game? I know people are going to say that i shouldnt worry If im actually not saying anything but Ive heard that Rito has an automatic ban hammer for people who get reported alot. (Ive gotten two warnings i think)

Warnings are triggered by nothing more than a spike in getting reported. For punishments reports go through a validation process. In the case of chat related reports it parses the chat to judge it for toxicity. If it doesn't find anything the reports are thrown out.

I don't think there are many unjust bans and chat restrictions, and players are definitely not being chat restricted just because of being reported--the system doesn't work off just reports. Secondly, the Report System validates every report, so if you are a player that false or troll reports often your reports are worth nothing to all player behavior systems. If you are a player that reports accurately, your reports become more valuable. All replacement systems directly assess and review chat logs, and all systems have some form of manual review to ensure a high accuracy.
