Could just be one of the many people who play this game who blatantly have no idea how but for some reason keep doing it anyways. If he was just inting in those games you'd think he'd have a few reasonable games on his history but he really doesnt.

ikr, i checked him on OP.igg too, his only rune, his only single rune, is 0.64% atk spd, and looking at his history, he's thrown every game possible, aside from ARAM's. which could be dumb luck/carried, if hehaddent made it so blatantly obvious, i wouldn't have cared, but, he was clearly doing it on purpose. and the enemy team was the one who even pointed this out to me -sigh-
one thought it might have been an Inting, Bot.
He is just a bad player. Not inter. If you really checked him on OP.GG u would have noticed that he just started playign ranked, probably new lvl 30. Doesnt even know about runes or stuff like that.
Yeeaaahhh that's pretty suspicious. Probably a subtle inter, maybe got banned for flaming a feeder and this is his way of getting back at riot. Or he's one of these sneaky no-lifes performing an "expirement" to see how many games he can int in before he gets banned.
