Free my boy King Weiner II!

I encountered this guy named King Weiner II in the forums under Player Behavior & Moderation. After talking with him, I found out about all the things he has done. He really loved league, actually, he still does. This guy got banned because of toxicity, and he explained everything in the link I put. Riot help this poor soul out lol. He didn't tell me to post this, just hoping he can be genuinely happy again :D
