I recently had a problem with the internet and it went off for a bit and it took me 1min and 30 secs to get back to the game and I got punished with the 10 min timer I think that's really stupid

sucks when that happens.

But its there for people who like to dodge ques rather then play.

If you got a 10 min timer that means you already dodged previously.

So your complaining about something that is designed specifically to stop what you yourself are doing.

If you were not like you were there wouldnt be a need for this.

TLDR what your upset about is your own fault.

Thats rough. Sorry to hear that. but honestly if your internet is that bad you probably should not be playing league.

no? i understand where your coming from. It sucks when you have bad internet. I feel for you. But factually if your getting disconnected that often it has to lead to you losing game cuz of it. Which is only going to lead to your account getting banned. Just trying to help you out mate.

But it is your fault to play with faulty equipment/bad connection etc. If you have regular issues with your connection (which would be required for a leaverbuster penalty, you do not get a penalty for being 5 mins afk once or twice) then you need to stop playing until you fix your issues. If you dont do that, then it is your fault.

From the Leaverbuster FAQ:

HOW LONG WILL I REMAIN IN THE LOW PRIORITY QUEUE? You will be placed in the low priority queue for 5 games. If you continuously leave, the low priority queue timers increase from 5 minutes per game to 10 minutes per game and then capping out at 20 minutes per game.

IT'S NOT MY FAULT. MY INTERNET/YOUR SERVERS DISCONNECTED ME. I HAD A REAL-LIFE EMERGENCY. I HAD TO GET OFF THE COMPUTER. THE GAME CRASHED. UNBAN ME! We understand that players may be forced to leave from time to time so the system has been designed to keep these situations in mind. After leaving a few games, you will be placed into a low priority queue; as long as you can complete 5 matchmade games without leaving, you will be returned to the normal queue. However, if you continue to leave games, you will remain in the low priority queue.
