Is it possible to move a 2 week suspension into a chat restriction? this isn't for me, my wife just had her account suspended for 2 weeks for a chat log where she said a couple of nasty things, wasn't hate speech though, so no slurs. but it was her first disciplinary action to her account in 6 years.
she did make a ticket asking the same thing, but i was just personally wondering if ban reduction is a possible thing
Seriously? Coming here for your wife? Nobody gets valid punishments reduced. Nobody who plays League is more special than anyone else who plays League. Same rules, same punishments.

Has she played somewhat regularly in those 6 years? The "cooldown" on punishments is based on games played. If she has, it's certainly possible (even if unlikely) that there has been a mistake.
Tell her to write a support ticket. If it really was an error, they'll reduce the ban. If it wasn't, they'll probably at least be able to provide an explanation.
It's highly unlikely and you should probably post the chat logs. Going straight to a 14-day is a sign of either consistent toxicity or a really severe incident.
