No. False reports are discarded, and the people that made them lose weight in their reports.

If you get a notification for being reported, it means you've been reported a lot in too few games. While false reports shouldn't hurt you, if you get reported that much it probably means you're doing something wrong.

Reports are verified before a punishment is handed down.

Its always possible that enough different unrelated people will falsely report another person in a short enough amount of time to have the seeming of legitimate misbehavior.

That is rather unlikely though as it involves unknowing collusion across multiple random people in multiple games, more likely false reports will come sporadically one at a time which will do nothing to you by themselves.

Additionally people who constantly report others without the system finding any reason for the report will have the weight of their reports reduced, if a person continuously reports people for no reason eventually their reports will be reduced to zero weight and essentially be ignored by the system.

Personally I wouldn't worry about others reporting you as long as you are at least trying to win in your games and not trash talking your team mates. As long as this is the case the chances that enough random people report you in a short enough period of time for the system to take action is rather unlikely.
