30 game ban for... this? really?

I know I may not be the most pleasant player ever, but a 30 game ban for this? Why? 90% of it is banter, the other 10% is frustrated chat from garbage teamates. I know its not 100% clean, and Im sharing it all, but cmon; I dont see how this deserves a 30 game ban...

When you're getting tilted because of your teammates or what is happening in chat you're supposed to mute them and keep playing. By flaming them (regardless of who started it) you are becoming the toxicity of league.

You also don't need to ask for reports. If you think someone deserves one, report them yourself, and it will get looked into. More reports will not gather any more attention than a singular one.

Note that now that you have gotten a ban you're walking on thin ice. Any other justified reports to your account could result in more sever punishment, up to and including a perma ban.

Were you in a 5-person premade? Because that's the only way I can see everyone in the game looking at this and seeing "banter".

It looks like flaming and harassment from the outside, don't know you from a hole in the ground, perspective. Let's pretend that you really were just "bantering" with your team. After your chat restriction is lifted try to remember that with only text to go on it's incredibly hard to judge the intention behind statements and people are as likely to take them badly as anything else. You may think you're joking, but the other person who doesn't know you and can't see/hear you thinks you're flaming. This is something you need to consider when "bantering" in chat.

The next punishment tier is a 14-day ban.
