Perma bans?

So i recently got back from a 14-day ban. I play one game of ranked i get 0-10, 1-5 mid 0-4 sup and a 1-6 urgot adc in plat elo, I want your oppinion on if the ban was neccacary or not and any help for reforming! Open a support ticket, or go find a rioter to post on here. Pretty much you were already black listed, and then you said something is what it looks like

How much you spent on your accounts is irrelevant. You didn't pay for ban protection, you paid for in game fluff, which you got. If you spent $1200 on your first account, and $800 on this one, you would think you would have been a little more careful, and learned after your first several punishments to stop being negative.

You do not make a feature to disable chat out of game so i cannot be toxic. You do not block swear words from chat so there is no way to be toxic

Why is it Riot's job to control what you do? You can't blame them for your actions, that's absolutely ridiculous. Take responsibility and have some self control. Like if you literally can't go one game without some amount of flaming your team right after you get off a 2 week suspension, that's on you.

why did he get perma banned for calling someone useless.. if that's the case then why aren't 50% of the people I play with perma banned?

People who think you can only be toxic if you swear are always the fastest ones to get permabanned.

Here's the thing: when you receive a 14-day ban it means that you're on thin ice. Anything that's punishable will result in a permaban since that's the next step up from a 2-week ban.

As for your chat log, some passive-aggressiveness and negativity here and there but not punishable on its own. You should have received 1-2 other games in your Reform Card so post them here if you're looking for an accurate review of your case. If this is the only game then feel free to file a Support Ticket to contest your ban.

That was only 1 game? You sure there weren't three? That and 9x report urgot is technically calling for reports, which is harassment but... it's a bit soft. You were just on their list, so they probably figured after a two week ban if you were still chatting that much negativity you'd get in trouble eventually. Usually the more you type in chat the higher the ban chance. Like, if you typed 5 negative things all game that were like that, it'd be fine, it's when you stack it all on there I think that they decide you were going to get a ban.

That should not have triggered a permanent ban, IDC how many times you've been punished. Riot needs to unban immediately.

I played with your alternate, you pulled the team together and made it worth playing to the end. instead of losing, which we were on the fast track to do, you rallied everyone together. That's the kind of player I honor, and I don't believe that the permanent ban was warranted.

That was way to harsh and unfair, there is no reason to perma ban you and they should lift the ban off. Especially since youre higher elo, I'm sure you have learned your lesson.

i dont get why he is banned. he was provoked heavily by people who r toxic. rank 1 lee sin shouldnt be the one banned. the people who provoke negative situations should be perma banned. now if the people who provoked rank 1 lee sin. they may continue to provoke other people trying to get them perma banned too. Riot. use ur head unban rank 1 lee sin and ban the people who provoked the situation

I'll explain:

There are things like Policies and Terms of Use. They are agreements that you make with the parties involved that set out how you can interact with them. They are very common. There are things like Store Policies where if you violate them, you may be denied service from the business. If you cause a bother or harass or argue with other patrons, you may be asked to leave

You had an agreement like this. League of Legends has a chat feature that is meant to be used to coordinate play with teammate and persistently choosing to use it to pick arguments is an abuse of the system and violates your agreement.
You have gone through 3 warnings which means you have been given many games as second chances where Riot overlooked your violations of your agreement.

You say you are working on making it less toxic and better for toxic, When i spend 2000$ over 2 accounts just to be banned.

You may be a frequent patron, but you keep bothering other customers. You did not listen to warnings from the staff of the establishment so it has been escalated.

I think this is ridiculous riot moderation and this man should truly receive forgiveness. He obviously cares a lot about the game and is willing to change his attitude, thus he will no longer be toxic. Riot should absolutely forgive something as small as this.

Let's face it, if we play at least 3 matches a day, we will for sure find trolls in game that will trigger all those buttons on us, human beings. Now spending much more time can be hard sometimes as well. Who never flamed? From "dude, stop" to "you %$ idiot"? Everyone does! But if you are unlucky to fall in a premade team, made of people who are just there to troll, chances are you will be reported even if what you said isn't really that offensive. I do think this guy have learned his lesson so, in my opinion, he should have a second chance and be unbanned.

Like, this legit drives me insane. He is purely trying to win the game and is being punished for it. Since when was being the shot caller a ban-able role. Everything he says is positive. Whether he is saying "good game" or asking why someone on his team chose a specific course of actions he is only looking for solutions to win the game. Even if he was reported 9x that doesn't mean he deserves a ban, he did nothing wrong for fuck sake. There needs to be a punishment for false reports, as it is not fair to waste people's time and energy just because a pre-made team or biased players report an individual for innocent behavior. It's as if the riot employee that banned him didn't even read the chat log just proceeded to banning him as he was an account that was "on ice" and received a report.

This was toxic, however i think he shouldnt be PERMA banned. Ablittle harsh in my opinion. Maybe make a system like he said about making him not toxic like a perma mute on him. This wasnt very toxic in my opinion, but then again im silver so i dont know what "toxic" is in hgiher elo... Riot should unban him but put a mute or something

Actually man you can disable chat. Unbind the enter key, it's an amazing feature especially in Bronze ranked games, you don't know how many times I was saved by this tip.

You were on extremely thin ice after your 14 day ban. At that point, any punishable behaviour will generally result in a perma-ban.

While the majority of the chat wasn't exactly horrible (though, IMO, still mildly negative and passive-aggressive), you were likely punished for the following line (though others contributed):

Rank 1 Lee Sin: 9x urgot toxic im muting him

Soliciting reports or attempting to use the threat of reports to coerce other players are both punishable offenses.

The number of reports a player receives in a game makes no difference. As such, there is no benefit for getting other players to report someone and it is considered a form of harassment.

A single report is sufficient to flag the game to be reviewed for punishable behaviour by the system.

See this is why it is just best to just not say anything in chat. If youre frustrated typing in chat is a bad idea. Im not saying you deserve to be banned or anything from what was said but if you are frustrated and type it is only gonna make the game worse for everyone. You just gotta hold in those frustrations cuz even if it isnt toxic it just may come off that way to other people.
