First Perma-ban in my history of online gaming

Hello friends, If you have experienced being perma-banned, how did you cope with it?

My account has been permanently banned by Riot for toxic behavior. I accept full responsibility regarding my actions and I express extreme regret for displaying such unsportsmanlike attitudes. I am posting this message for the purpose of gathering profound opinions from the League community and possibly Riot employees, as well as advice for when I decide to begin a fresh start and create a new account. Also, despite what has happened, I would like to remind anyone who reads this that I harbor no ill will against the tribunal and that I will not try to justify my actions that lead to such an unfortunate consequence. I will continue to be loyal to the game and will continue to keep up with every update, and I sincerely hope that there might be a way for me to receive a second chance at the game. I appreciate all who took their time to even read this, and I look forward to seeing what opinions you might have. TY and GL HF :) Shaco

I know there are a few board members that, like you, got permabanned before but changed their ways and have been doing fine ever since. Maybe one of them will pop on and share what helped them out.

It seems like you're at least approaching the ban with the right attitude. You're welcome to make a new account and keep playing the game, but I'd recommend figuring out a plan to keep what you say in check first.

I personally believe the perma ban thing they do should be illegal, short of you actually cheating or doing shady things to their game. The ban system is essentially a scam because they know a large portion of the players they ban will level up new accounts and rebuy skins because they're addicts. And before someone starts quoting the terms of service I know very well how they worded it so they could do this. But if the only reason they have to ban someone is their toxicity, they could easily just remove their ability to talk in chat if that were their real motivation. My advice, make another account and level it if you feel the need to, but I wouldnt invest another dime in their game.

I understand what you mean fully. I have experienced this as well have not been ban toxicity but for other reasons. And I can understand not being able to criticize a teammate for their stupid decisions in game because of the fear of being banned and it being perceived as toxic behavior. but I think the way to go about this and not be toxic is to mute anyone who is toxic towards you and anyone who you think you might end up yelling at for stupid behavior or feeding/trolling, I know these type of things might make you want to yell at your team but if that ever happens just mute them so you don't end up doing it. Think about the positive side of things and always remember you yelling at your team will only make you and your team play worse then you already are. Trying not to be toxic is hard on this game considering how rage inducing it is but I've never once been toxic I usually yell at my game outside of chat and that usually helps me from saying anything towards them at all. I do give bad players advice from time to time but a lot of people are rude and don't want to take the advice and think their all that and those are the type of players just to avoid and mute if it calls for it. don't necessary need chat to communicate mostly pings. But in other words I hope you do better and try to redeem yourself, and take my advice. Most toxic players don't regret anything and just make new accounts and do it all over again being toxic so please promise the community you wont do that and we thank you for being apart of this kinda crappy community but mostly apart of the game in general.
