Trollers fix?

So, i have been playing a few ranked matches the last two days. i was a silver II player and joined bronze IV after my promo's. that aside. the last 5 games that i joined, there were people going afk, feeding because their red was stolen en just feeding because "we cant win anymore". and i mean of course i understand that Riot games cant do something about this. but i think a very restricted "Kick System" like in CS-GO would work very great. with very restricted i mean that you can only kick someone who is just staying at spawn walking around, or someone who has less than 5 kills and assists and more then 20 deaths. i think its very logical that in these situations there must be something a player can do to get maybe a bot or something else that can help win the game in the end. because this way i'm losing 5 games in a row thx to afk people, people that are walking in turrets and even people that from the start of the game go the the enemy spawn to get themselves killed. it gets away the little bit of "fun" that league of legends had. and then before people say i should just report them. of course i did that. but the reporting system of league of legends isn't great. there is almost no consequences for trollers. afk'ers will just have to wait a few minutes to start a game. and "bans" aren't given accept for hackers. i hope league of legends can find a way to in-game fix these problems. WHILE PLAYING!
