You have never actually bought a skin with money. You have bought RP, and used the RP to buy skins. And you already used your RP when buying that skin, so you don't lose access to anything you paid for when you are banned.
this should go for everyone, nobody can stay passive and watch the game beeing trolled by a randomb guy, nobody can stay away from other flamers and just let them talk without responding to them,
I can stay passive.
Most of my friends can stay passive.
The vast majority of the League playerbase can stay passive.

Then it's on you. If you don't have the self-control to not flame, you shouldn't play League. And Riot enforced that.

where do you put the fact that I owned all the runes, 20 rune pages and more than 70 skins on that account, everything cost me money that I paid and cannot longer use the things that I paid for.
That's not on Riot to consider. It's for you. You know the rules. You've played since season 2. You knew the consequences. So all those things are lost because what YOU did. Not what Riot did.
I could of buyed more than 5 brand new games and still play them but no, here you buy addons like skins and rune pages and champs, my problem is that I am a very old member of this comunity and nobody took that into consideration, nobody took into consideration the fact that I contribuited with money, time, and good decent games, they only take into account my last month behaviour everybody snaps at a certain point in this league !!!!!!!
Not everybody snaps. Most people don't. And Riot even forgives those who snaps. It takes ALOT to get permabanned. You're given multiple chances to look at your behaviour and think "maybe I shouldn't flame". Even if you don't agree with Riot, it's their rules and you shouldn't complain you get banned when you break those rules.
This is your own fault. You knew the rules and the consequences for breaking those rules. Would it be fair to let you be an asshole to your fellow players just because you've played for longs and spent alot of money? No.
I have spent alot of money on League. If I get banned i'll take it. It's my own fault.
