I realize you think these /all chat comments are hostile, but if you look at them, they are used in a jocular manner. I would assume that most players understand that it is a jocular tone based on experience with this gaming community and the fact that I know nothing about my opponents in this game and their personal lives. I realize you think I should probably punished in some way because I know there are people who get offended at this even when used in a jocular manner, but I feel like an account ban - regardless of duration - for something of this level is out of line. I would totally understand some form of punishment that deals with the nature of the offense, say, a chat restriction - also regardless of duration - would be way more appropriate. I apologize if I offended anyone, and I will be more considerate in the future.

Homophobic hate speech, dude. People don't give you the benefit of the doubt that you're kidding. And they aren't at all required to be okay with you joking around in that manner.

Hate speech escalates you to a 14 day ban immediately, regardless of whether you were chat restricted previously or not.

You could stand to act more mature as well, your childish behavior shows your age.

Nothing about any hate speech is a joke. Doesn't matter if the person you said it to even laugh along with you. It's the fact of the word's origin has always been used for an abusive term since the 16th century. So nothing about that word can be taken as a joke. Ever. Hate speech, in general, cannot be taken as a joke. Ever. The fact you're ignorant enough to take that word lightly enough to think it can be used in a joke is just disturbing.

The ban is very necessary for what you did. It prevents you during that duration to keep you from being any more offensive. Because if this isn't you trying to be offensive, then I can't see how you're fit for League of Legends in general.
