Mysterious Ranked Dodge

I was queued up for ranked and right when it was time to ban champions the lobby closed and I was penalized for leaving too many ranked lobbies?? I never pressed a single button on the client or on my keyboard and I'm penalized for something I didn't do. Anyone else experience this same problem?

May its because you didn't select a ban that it made you dodge? This might belong in the Report a Bug section.
