Leaver buster and -LP for /remake?

I just got into a game in which my teammate Annie politely explained that she had to go do etc. and he only found out in loading screen and asked us if we could just remake. Obviously we all agreed and at the 3 minute mark I made the vote and everyone voted yes. The game ends, I do not gain any IP and the game titles says Leaver (Remake). However, I lost -4 LP (now at 0 LP) and It notified me with the message "due to recent AFK behavior..." and slaps with a five game low priority queue. Now my previous low priority queue bans were legit, random issues that are irrelevant to this thread happened. However last night I grinded some games and got rid of my ban just to wake up today, queue into my first game, remake and lost LP AND get another leaver buster? Is there something I'm missing?

Before you did the remake were you standing still/running around in the fountain or trying to play the game? If you were just standing still it would register you as an afk as well as your Annie.

Otherwise I have no idea.

It looks like you also AFKed with Annie, as displayed by your 0 CS at the time of the /remake. Even if a game is remade, you need to be sure that you don't AFK in the meantime, or /remake will trigger on you as well as any other players who are detected as AFK.
