Foreign IP ban maybe?

I have been on and off playing League for like five, six years, and today will be my last day. Before I take my leave, I would like to share my two cents. League patches change games mechanics every now and then, but there is one problem that never gets fixed - banning foreign IP. This is a team game and I respect that, and I have played more than enough games to understand that sabotages happen, better luck next game. Thing is, of all the sabotage cases, like 80% come from Chinese players. I am not a racist but they just ruin the NA environment. 1. Bad mouthing in all games, win or lose, you probably seen plenty,I don't think I need to elaborate on this. 2. It is in their culture that you must dash in to your opponent and see who presses buttons faster, ending result is that they feed nine out of ten times. High risk high reward, and yes, screw ups happen, it is OK. But they continue dashing in, not giving the team a chance to scale. 3. They connect from across half a planet, so dcs, bad lags happen, quite frequently. 4. Bad attitudes overall. I woke up early this morning, wanted to have a little fun, played 2 games and 4 of them Chinese players took turns to dc. They probably queued up together in the same room, I don't know. The game was just un-playable. 15 min surrender - vote no. 20 min surrender - no again. I was held hostage in the games and got flamed at for wanting to surrender. It is probably my fault for queuing in the early hours, but come on. They have their own servers so why ruin NA? Patches after patches, foreign IP ban was never implemented, or I should say, probably implemented but not effective. I am done, too old and tired to endure this. Adios.

In China you can't just make a new account after getting perma-banned since your account is tied to your passport number. That's why most Chinese players you see are behaving toxic.

That foreign IP ban would never happen.

For one, if I go on vacation and want to play some league during the down times, I would want to not be blocked by that.

For two, IP bans in any form are very easy to get around. China has a Facebook and Google ban, and I'm able to get on those platforms every time via proxying.
