Ranked AFK

The penalties for negative behavior in ranked are not severe enough. I tried to have two ranked games today, both hours apart, and in both games i had an afk, what is the point in us trying so hard to increase our rank if 2 wankers can lose you 40 League points and when you report them nothing happens. why does it take more than one report for riot to take notice. wake up man. the air isn't as clear down here in the lower echelons, there are trolls that roam the darkness of elo hell, RIOT to step up and help us help you clean up this community. League is nothing but a cesspool
